Selected for the TIBI Seminar, Tehran -1993; Selected for BIB Work-shop on Children’s Picture Book, Bratislava, Slovakia -1995. NCTB: Member of the ‘Art & Craft’ Syllabus Committee, National Curriculum & Text Book Board, Dhaka -1995. GMDC fellowship -1996. Participated in the 26th International Book Board for Young People (IBBY) Congress, India -1998. Indo-Austrian International Seminar and Picture Book Exhibition from SAARC Countries, AWIC, Delhi -2001. Four times received the Noma Concours Award, Japan, 1986, 1994, 1996, 1998.
